Fall Color – a feast for the eyes

Fall Color – a feast for the eyes

A veritable canvas of color is on display in West Michigan, with bright orange, shimmering yellow, and fiery red leaves covering the landscape.

“The fall colors are looking fantastic,” wrote WOODTV-8  Chief Meteorologist Bill Steffen in his blog. “This coming weekend we should be near peak over much of Lower Michigan and the weather looks fantastic for next Saturday and Sunday.” He said the lack of rain and wind has kept leaves on the trees that might have fallen off otherwise.

Be sure to get out this weekend and see the lovely display. All of these photos were taken in Cedar Springs, Sand Lake, and Nelson and Solon Townships.
