Girls golf

The Cedar Springs Girl’s Varsity finished the season on a very positive note at the State Tournament.  Nicole Shevock was the leader for the Red Hawks with a 113.

“I thought the entire team shot well today because Egypt Valley is such a difficult course,” said Shevock.  “It was a great way to end up the year.”

The Red Hawks ended up 9th with a final score of 476.  Natalie West contributed a 119, Taylor Rish a 121, Nicole Wright a 123 and Jessica Ingerson a 126.

“We met our main goal this season which was to finish much better than we started,” said Coach London.  “This was a hard working, fun group.”
