Girls golf

The Cedar Springs Varsity Golf Team had two jamborees and played consistently in both.  On Tuesday the girls traveled to Scott Lake and shot a 217.  Taylor Rish shot a 52, Nicole Wright a 53, Nicole Shevock a 55 and Chaya Coxon a 57.  Egypt Valley was their Thursday match and Nicole Wright shot her career best with a 48.  Chaya Coxon added a 56 and Taylor Rish a 59.
“I am very proud of the girls,” said Coach London.  “We are playing better golf and the girls really are trying to get their scores lower.”
