Susan and David Tagg, of Cedar Springs, would like to announce the birth of their daughter, Keira Kay Tagg, born on July 9, 2010 at Saint Mary’s Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds 9 ounces and measured 21 inches long.  Baby Keira is welcomed by big brother Lucas; grandparents Todd and Marnie Swan of Cedar Springs, Margene Tagg of Barlow Lake; and great-grandparent Roseanne Swan of Ada.
