The new Sand Lake Queen Serenity Bashore and her court in the grand parade on July 4th in Sand Lake.

A hot, sunny fourth of July weekend brought thousands to the village of Sand Lake for its 141st annual celebration July 1-4.

Carnival rides, good fun, music, kiddie games, kids parade, grand parade, and many other events kept everyone busy. The festival was topped off with an excellent fireworks show Sunday evening.
