Baseball tryout and hitting camp

Coast to Coast baseball invites local players ages 10-18 to one of their upcoming tryout events. At the tryout, staff will evaluate players’ skills in hitting, fielding, arm strength and speed. Players who are accepted to the program may choose to represent the USA in competition in Puerto Rico, or work with top college coaches and pro scouts at one of our Florida or Arizona camp and showcase events held at a MLB spring training complex.

In addition to the tryouts, an instruction hitting camp will be held the same day. The goal of the camp is to help players improve hitting fundamentals and their mental approach at the plate.

Michigan events will be held at the following locations, with tryouts at 10 a.m. and hitting camp at 2 p.m.:

Tuesday, July 20: Elite Baseball, 110 Hynes Ave. SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49507. Wednesday, July 21: Genesee Fieldhouse, 7383 Grand Parkway, Grand Blanc, MI 48439.

Thursday, July 22: Premier Training Center, 51379 Quadrate Drive, Macomb, MI 48042.

For more info and to register for one or both events, call (704) 373-4455 or visit www.CoastToCoastAthletics.com.
