Ruth Ann Cain, 70, of Sand Lake, passed away Friday, June 11, 2010. Ruth was preceded in death by a son, Stephen and a sister, Donna Weis. Surviving are three children, Shawn (Tammy) Cain of Sand Lake, Sarah (Scott) Coulson of Allendale and Stacie (Francisco) Ramirez of Grant; eight grandchildren and a great-granddaughter expected soon, three brothers, Larry Sims of Boyne City, Alden (Nancy) Sims of Tustin and David (Debbie) Sims of Tustin; one sister, Myrna (Bruce) Chapman of Sand Lake; nieces and nephews. Graveside services were held on Monday, June 14, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. at East Nelson Cemetery with Pastor Bruce Chapman and Mr. Harvey Wierenga officiating. Memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association have been suggested.
