Excitement is building in Coral, Michigan for the 2010 Coral Days Festival, which starts the last weekend in June. As a prelude to the big weekend, they will be holding the annual festival pageants, occurring June 18 at the Coral Community Center, at 6:30 p.m.
According to Kristy Stevenson, this is the 7th year of pageants and is becoming a tradition of a grand, entertaining production! The pageants are being choreographed by the Muse Dance Academy with Millianne Lewis emceeing. Winners of the Miss & Junior Miss Coral Days will each receive a U.S. Savings Bonds. The winners of the Prince and Princess Pageant will each receive new bicycles. Stevenson said they would also be introducing their grand marshals during this evening.
“The pageants kick off the Coral Days Festival weekend and will be packed full of many enjoyable events,” said Stevenson. “Make sure you come out and join the fun!”
