Local artist to compete

Cedar Springs musician Jimmy Lewis has been selected to perform in the “Grand Rapids’ Got Talent” Competition on Thursday, February 11, 2010 at The B.O.B. in downtown Grand Rapids.

The event begins at 7:30 p.m. and The B.O.B. is not accepting table reservations. You’ll want to be there early if you want good seats. “We are expecting a big turn out and a lot of standing room,” says GRGT staff member Kelly Carey. Minors will be allowed in the B.O.B. for this event. The 2nd Floor is a Smoke – Free environment.

The audience will vote on who will win and take a place in the semi-finals. The judges will give commentary, but ultimately, it’s the crowd who decides. It’s a bring your friends and family event! The more people a contestant has rooting for them, the better response and votes they will get!

This event is free to attend. Tickets to vote are only $1 per vote, and all the money goes to charity, so friends and family can feel good about casting a vote and helping a great cause!
