Laura & Drew Felsted of Waterbury, Vermont wish to announce the November 24th birth of their daughter, Piper Allen Felsted. Piper celebrated Christmas with her grandparents Carl & Deb Allen, Cedar Springs, Diane & Ted Jones, New Hampshire, Steve & Vicki Felsted, Iowa, and Aunts  & Uncles Emily & Eric Pals and Todd Allen. She is well-loved and welcomed by great grandmothers Jane Allen, Dorothy Helsel and many great aunts, uncles and cousins.
