Children and goblins alike across the land put crayola and marker to paper to color our spooky but spectacular haunted tower. With the spell of imagination cast upon our most artful of readers, an array of entries “appeared” at the Post.
The judges flew in on their broomsticks. And then things got ugly. Left behind were bags and bags of candy, prizes for three winners, 4-year-old Aubrey Marlin of Trufant, MI, 7-year-old Jesse Nagle of Cedar Springs, MI and 10-year-old Lilly Allen of Sparta, MI (not related).
Since the employees at the Post are vowing to reduce their sugar intake (except for Bob) the bags of candy will be given out this Saturday between 6 – 7 p.m. or until gone in conjuction with the City of Cedar Springs’ Halloween Spooktacular.
