		<description>When I was growing up in the 30&#039;s my brothers and I used to regularly drink from the tin cup, that was chained to the well.  We turned the cup so as to drink &#039;by the handle&#039; so we would get fewer germs.  We stopped that when we saw a railroad hobo drinking by the handle for probably the same reason</description>
